Approved Driver Safety Course

$359.00

This course consists of : 20 hours of classroom time, 3-5 hours of driving (depending on experience), and a Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles approved drive test. This class completes all the State of Nebraska requirements effective January 1, 1999 for students 14-17 years of age. This course also satisfies most insurance company requirements for driver education (parents will want to check their specific insurance company's requirements for discount availability). After completing this course a student will be able to obtain their Provisional Operators Permit (POP). A Drive Test Waiver Form and Certificate for Insurance are received upon completion of this course. Students are required to complete all class hours and driving hours before they can receive their certificates.  Please mail or fax the registration form and payment.  Do not drop it off to a classroom address.  Registration will be verified by email.   We accept check, cash or money order only.  No credit cards!

BEHIND THE WHEEL INFORMATION

Driving is done one on one, Instructor to Student.
We provide the car with Second Side Brake. 

We will pick up at home if the student lives in the Omaha area, otherwise a convenient meeting place for both parties will be set up.

DRIVING TIMES ARE SCHEDULED INDIVIDUALLY WITH INSTRUCTORS AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS.   THE BEHIND THE WHEEL TIMES ARE SEPARATE FROM THE CLASSROOM TIMES AND ARE USUALLY 1 1/2 HOURS EACH.

	Parents are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the classroom sessions. Instructors will pick up students for individual driving lessons usually at home. Notebook, pen, or pencil.
